Studio Manager

Ware Malcomb is hiring for a Studio Leader, Multifamily Architecture & Design in our Oak Brook office!

The Studio Leader is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team, responsible for supporting the Multifamily Practice Leader in the areas of growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the multifamily market. You will be responsible for nurturing a positive, team-oriented environment, ensuring financial goals and deadlines are being met, business development and managing select projects.

Multifamily Studio Leader Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience within the field of architecture
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred
• Experience in diverse multifamily project types such as garden, podium, and wrap is preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships with an established local network
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field
• CAD and Revit knowledge
• Ability to lead and foster a team environment
