We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale customer relationships, drive solution adoption, and achieve customer delight. The ideal candidate will have strong customer management experience and a strong technical background.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree
  • 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Database/SQL skills are a must
  • Domain expertise in Mobility & Security is highly desirable
