Job Description:

Software Asset Management Team is looking for ambitious, commited and motivated people to support daily tasks. During the internship you will learn about the lifecycle of the IT Software by supporting particular steps, maintained in the SAM tool.

Your responsibilities:

• Working with Software Asset Management team on the daily basis, supporting the tasks,
• Maintaining and supporting the creation of Software Asset Management policies and procedures,
• Implementing and enlarging the company Software Asset Management strategy,
• Using SAM tool to monitor and report license compliance,
• Managing the collection and upload of Prove of Entitlements in Software Asset Management system,
• Implementation and enforcing controls under Hitachi IT control framework,
• Ensuring the data exchange between the SAM system and the ITSM platform to perform data enrichment and reporting in both areas.
