The Human Resources department plays a pivotal role in managing the organization's most valuable asset: its people.This includes designing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements, administering compensation and benefits packages, and fostering a positive work culture. Furthermore, the HR department facilitates training and professional development programs, handles employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions where the NGO operates.
