As the Head of Digital Marketing at GluCare, you will lead our digital transformation and business growth initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to enhance healthcare while actively exploring new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our strategic goals, maximizes revenue growth, and solidifies our market position.

2. Business Development: Actively pursue business development opportunities through market research, strategic partnerships, and tapping into new and existing sources.

3. Manage Budget and ROI: Oversee digital marketing budget allocation, ensure optimal spend across various channels, and measure return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to drive profitability.

4. Market Research and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand emerging trends, patient needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable business strategies.

5. Optimize Digital Channels: Manage and optimize performance marketing channels to enhance audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

6. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and technological advancement.

7. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the digital and business development teams, setting clear strategic objectives and performance metrics to ensure the achievement of key results.

8. Cost Management: Strategically manage spending to align with business goals and financial forecasts, focusing on maximizing efficiency and outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 year’s experience in a leadership role with a focus on digital strategy and business development within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successful digital project implementation and business expansion initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent understanding of digital and marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and customer relationship management.
  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a keen insight into healthcare market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
