We are looking for a highly talented Motion control Engineer with a strong experience of servosystem design, test and integration to join our unique Motion team.

Our Group:

Motion and Control group develops high end multi axis motion systems that drives PDC applications. The group members incorporate multidisciplinary fields (Physics, Control, Electronics, Mechanics & SW) into advance Technology products.

What you'll be doing:

End to End responsibility for the Development process - architecture design, specifications definition, concept & feasibility tests, technology and vendor selection, modeling and simulating, motion profiles and control design, lab tests, system integration, Configuration control & Serial production transition. Responsibility for the Development plan, timeline & budget.

Work closely with multiple groups across the organization – Elec, Mech, SW, Operation, Manufacturing & Support.

Lead periodic / ad-hoc technical review meetings.

What should you have?

  • Control Engineer – B.Sc in Electrical engineering with control expertise
  • Experience – at least 5 years of servosystem design, test and integration
  • Strong theoretical control knowledge – linear / non-linear systems, friction, robust systems
  • Experience with Motion control simulation
  • Familiarity with motion tachylogias – motors, bearings, sensors, controllers
  • Excellent English skills – speak, write, read
  • Precision systems experience – advantage
  • M.Sc in engineering with motion experience – advantage
