What you'll do
As the BI and Data Analytics Lead (Functional) you will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving data-driven decision making and insights across the organization. This hands-on role will leverage existing and new data sources partnering with the business to uncover opportunities to grow top-line revenue, improve bottom-line profitability, and foster a more data-driven decisions culture within the company.
Data Analytics Strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of the data analytics capability roadmap to support the company's business objectives across marketing, sales, category management, consumer insights, supply chain, finance & R&D.
• Identify, collect, and analyze relevant data from multiple sources to uncover strategic insights that can be acted upon to drive business impact.
• Leverage the latest cloud technologies to provide the data tools and solution to answer complex business problems.
Business Partnership
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and identify data and analytics opportunities to develop into effective business tools and reporting capabilities.
