Product Insight Lead

ELEVATE is looking for a senior and experienced sustainability product insights and content professional. The Product Insight Lead plays a pivotal role in (a) effectively bringing ELEVATE products to market and (b) building ongoing awareness and market presence. This includes supporting and guiding the product's positioning and messaging, launching the product, and generating ongoing content and insight relating to product evolution, and differentiating ELEVATE products in the market. This role sits at the interface of the Product and Customer teams helping to drive internal and external engagement, demand and use of our core products by surfacing unique insights and focusing on solutions to client problems. Responsibilities

• Develops core product messaging and articulates what solutions they provide to client problems

  • Produces and maintains product overviews, brochures, web and blog content for core services
  • Enables external story-telling by extracting insights from core products and client use cases
  • Builds and maintains our core product knowledge hub as a shared cross-company resources

• Contributes content into our marketing and sales plans for core ELEVATE products

  • Provides content for marketing collateral, case studies and related web materials
  • Learns from industry, geographic and customer trends to deliver high impact positioning
  • Understands buyer personas and case studies of user requirements / success stories
  • Contributes to product launch plan alongside marketing, sales and other ELEVATE teams
  • Works with the sales and client services team throughout the product lifecycle on messaging

• Partners with customer and product teams to maximize visibility for ELEVATE thought leadership

  • Engages partners, influencers and existing / new customers for feedback and endorsements
  • Contributes to brand building strategy by leveraging knowledge of our unique product portfolio
  • Supports on content generation for ELEVATE events, seminars and webinars

• Works closely with the global heads of product, consulting and marketing to synchronize messaging

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in product marketing, media or and sales with innovate, fast-moving companies

• Knowledge of responsible sourcing, sustainability and supply chain issues preferred

• Experience successfully bringing data / analytics products and consulting services to market

• Understands the customer relationship and has a high-level view of the customer lifecycle

• Strength in writing and communications with an ability to relate concepts with visuals

• Strong organization and presentation skills with a passion for high impact messaging

• Strong mind-set for innovation, sustainability, product development and responding to market drivers

• Track record for engaging internally and externally at senior executive and c-suite level

• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel and relevant marketing tools

• Excellent written and verbal English, with a preference for one additional regional language (Chinese)
