Tech Lead Development Team

We are looking for a Tech lead development team(local contract) to join one of our teams in our BPCE - IT business unit in Porto.

The Tech Lead has to lead a team of developers to be able to provide the best as a service experience to our BPCE users & applications.
The Tech Lead has to be very technically skilled and lead the technical strategy inside the team. It has to provide assistance to the team when needed and build a solid and consistent team around him.
The Tech Lead can also be the team lead, and could manage the human ressources part of the team. The Team Lead role could be 20% of the work.
Mandatory : we expect a person with 5+ years of Python back end development experience

Requirements

Main Requirements:

• Knowledge with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
  • Expert with server-side languages such as Python and Django, DRF.
  • Expert in architecture design.
  • Good with SQL database technology such as Postgresql.

Other Requirements:

• Good level in english, written and spoken mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, while capable of working within a team;
• Fast and adaptable learner.
