We are seeking a meticulous, proactive and organized individual to join our legal team as an administrator. The Legal Team Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of our legal department by managing administrative tasks within the legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including coordinating meetings, arranging document finalization and deliveries, administering legal requests and task distributions.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both physical and digital filing systems. Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, updated, and easily accessible. Assist in the creation and maintenance of filing systems to streamline document retrieval.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate legal team meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and documenting meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and deadlines as necessary.
