Business Intelligence Expert

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for constructing and deepening the ability to guide data-driven business, exploring business value, and identifying potential product improvements through data analysis. For example, design AB testing and analysis to support new feature decision-making; evaluate the value of new payment and account functions after launch; and conduct proactive data analysis to uncover business value.
• Responsible for communicating and managing iterative product data analysis requirements, continually building the business data system. Take charge of initiating, evaluating, and testing business data requirements, from tracking upstream data link quality, summarizing underlying table design, to designing and building dashboards. Also, lead tasks related to constructing service data systems, such as data labeling, funnel conversion, and data migration.
• Maintain and optimize data tracking for the SDK platform to enhance data coverage and accuracy of business metrics. Mainly focus on data tracking standards and quality for new features related to payments and accounts, while also addressing necessary data tracking issues in legacy systems.
• Meet ad hoc and high-priority data analysis requirements from business, compliance, and legal perspectives, as well as post-event retrospective data extraction required by online incidents.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-7 years of relevant data work experience in an internet company.
• Experience in international payment data analysis.
• Experience in setting up data tracking for new features from 0 to 1.
• Ability to understand new business and feature logic; skilled in driving the implementation of data tracking/data warehouse requirements with technical or upstream data teams.
• Experience in AB testing setup and data analysis to support decision-making for feature launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.

Bonus Points:

• Practical project results in using data trend analysis to assist in making product decisions and achieving business improvements.
• End-to-end experience in the entire process of a data project or data product from design to implementation; participation in the full lifecycle process of a project from 0 to 1 would be advantageous.
