Key responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support
- PROD Incident analysis and solution
- PROD Service Request handling
- Monitoring and tracking PROD Incidents
- Reporting and tracking PROD defects in Jira
- Supporting Scrum Teams with development
- PROD certificate and key maintenance
- PREPROD environment management & support
- PREPROD environment refresh and data management
- Platform upgrade planning and execution
- Cooperation with DevOps and Development teams
- Backup and restore administration
- Integration and platform monitoring
- Proposing and implementing improvement ideas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or implementation (Sales, Service, Billing or Experience cloud) is required.
- Salesforce Administrator certificate will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Vlocity and OmniStudio.
- Good understanding production support process.
