Automotive SOC/MCU Test Technology Development Engineer

Development of test technologies for next-generation automotive SOC and MCU products and their standardization

1. Formulation of test strategies and policies to realize test quality/cost/development TAT targets
2. Design and standardization (guide creation) of DFT specifications/tester pattern specifications based on test strategies/policies

In order to secure a advantage in the fierecely competitive field of automotive SOC and MCU products, advanced technorogy and innovatiove approches such as chiplet are required even in the testing. Therefore strengthening the test engineering team is essential. We are currently seeking engineers with a strong spirit of challenge to take on a strategically important role in testing new products, including 3nm SOCs

Requirements

• Practical experience in semiconductor design and/or testing fields.
• Communication skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in developing test methodologies and creating test plans.
• Practical experience in DFT design.
• Practical experience in HDL language e.g. verilog or VHDL.
• Knowledge and interest in test methodologies and EDA tools.
