Enterprise Messaging Developer Administrator

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Messaging Developer Administrator to join our AJW-163 hardware team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The qualified candidate should have experience in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining an enterprise level messaging system architecture.

Essential Job Functions:

• Experience in Python and a strong understanding of programming languages, such as Java or C++ and experience with database technologies, such as Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Design and develop the messaging system architecture.

• Implement the messaging system features.

• Test and debug the messaging system.

• Deploy and maintain the messaging system.

• Monitor the messaging system performance.

• Familiar with networking, firewalls and security protocols.

• Troubleshoot messaging system issues.

• Must be able to work in a large group environment.

• Problem solving skills.

• Work with outside vendors and internal Agile feature teams to ensure the messaging system meets their needs.

• Strong interpersonal/team working skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Collaborate with others and share ideas.

• Work with some guidance from a subject matter expert.

• After hours install and support as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

• Python programming.

• Solace broker configuration/administration.

• Enterprise Messaging Patterns.

• High Performance Computing.

• Virtual Servers configuration/administration.

• Linux environment with Shell scripting experience.

• Able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to challenges.

• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.

• Upon conditional offer of employment candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.

• Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.

• Apache ActiveMQ Artemis

Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or a Bachelor's degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics and computer science and 7 years related work experience OR

• Master's degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics and computer science and 5 years related work experience.
