Providing maximum business value to our B2B clients by nurturing long-term relationships and driving internal account ownership, as a result being the ultimate revenue growth driver of our company.

Our team’s mission:

To become the trusted advisors for our B2B clients that rely on big data for their success by applying Strategic Account Management best practices and expertise.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own the success of our business customers of various sizes;
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we're maximizing their business value;
  • Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolio;
  • Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment;
  • Work on customer agreements and renewals;
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline and at-risk accounts;
  • Engage in Strategic Account Management activities;
  • Go on business trips and visit your clients (when applicable);
  • Proactively identify team process improvements and work on team initiatives.

Your skills & experience:

  • B2B account management experience or similar experience in leading customer engagements with positive outcomes (ideally at least 2-3 years of experience, working with international / enterprise clients);

  • Proven relationship management and problem-solving skills;

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills;

  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;

  • A data-driven approach to sales and knowledge or experience in key sales/mailing tools.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Having prior experience in the technology sector with SaaS products;
  • Having experience working within the E-Commerce, Travel, SEO or Cybersecurity industries;
  • Strategic Account Management experience.

Salary:

  • Gross salary 2320 - 3970 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
