You will be joining the Cambridge Support team providing support to PA’s secure working environments, supporting the ever-increasing user base of over 500 people using our virtual desktop SWE system , as well as hands on day-to-day support of our Melbourn office-based SWE system. Working alongside both the Cambridge Support and Secure Infrastructure teams, this will role ensure GS can continue to provide a high level of service whilst also continuing to build on and improve the systems and services we are able to offer the business.
Requirements
About You
Ideally you will have experience gained from a similar role as a 2nd line support engineer
You will have worked with Azure and Windows 11
