Network Engineer

Salary: P100,000 to P140,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Depending on business requirements)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of network support experience
• Knowledge of networking concepts: Subnets, VLAN segments, Routing and LAN/WAN design
• Advanced knowledge of networking services: DNS, DHCP
• Working knowledge of SDWan Solutions such as VMWare Velocloud preferred
• Knowledge of VMWare products such as ESX desirable
• Proven experience in working alongside multiple teams
• Understanding ITIL and deployment/release processes
• Proven experience in large and complex corporate networks
• CCNA or equivalent level certificate
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make technical decisions
• Knowledge of Aruba Clearpass desirable
• Experience with any Aruba & Dell products desirable
• Knowledge of LACP, NTP, LLDP, CDP, OSPF, Trunk

Nice to Have:

• Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain systems and processes for Network Infrastructure
• Experience working in large support & monitoring teams

What will you do?

• Provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and administration of assigned systems
• Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures within the designated areas of responsibility
• Develop and maintain documentation for Network support
• Contribute to the continuous monitoring of Network Infrastructure
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve incidents
• Execute routing maintenance and admin tasks
• Work closely with other IT department functions to deliver exceptional services across the business
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both key stakeholders and vendors
• Demonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with departmental/functional colleagues as well as other staff and management
• Ensure that the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times and practices are in line with relevant legislation
• Undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management when required
• Acti in accordance with all Group policies and procedures.
