Corporate Finance Analyst

Salary: P90,000 to P110,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years’ experience and familiarity with financial, accounting and business concepts
• Good problem solver, analytical and commercial thinker
• Comfortable using MS Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint (intermediate), Word (beginner)·

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working in Mergers & Acquisitions

What will you do?

• Drafting marketing and other transaction documents in Powerpoint and Word
• Compiling and analysing financial information in Excel
• Preparing charts and tables
• Drafting emails and responses to prospective and current clients
• Reviewing and preparing data rooms
• Industry research
• Project administration
• Communicating progress and challenges to our team
