Major administrative duties as follows:
- Provide administrative/clerical support to several departments, including Company Secretary, Accounting, Audit, Customer Support, and Customer Success
- Collect mail from our registered office
- Scan and file statutory documents and incoming mail
- Maintain a good filing system
- Perform data entry
- Arrange courier
- Order office supplies
- Office administration and maintenance
- Answer phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Outdoor work might be required, e.g to post offices, banks, Inland Revenue Department, Companies Registry, etc.
