Building Maintenance Service Person - HVAC

Teck Alaska Incorporated, Red Dog Operations, one of the world's largest producers of zinc concentrate, is recruiting for a Building Maintenance Service Person- HVAC

Rotation schedule will be 2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site

Responsibilities:

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

• Primary role will be the Electrical repairs, troubleshooting, servicing, and installation of the HVAC Systems, Air Handling Units., Refrigeration Systems, Boilers, Furnaces, Commercial Kitchen Appliances, Lighting Circuits, Receptacles, Heat Trace

• Provide maintenance services to all accommodation buildings, Office areas and Mill Concentrator areas. Where required, assist in the coordination of projects from conception thru to completion

• Perform general maintenance work including primary trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, dry walling, carpet and flooring, painting, snow removal, laundry equipment & systems, lock and key replacements, and associated building control systems.
