The role supports large workforce transformation programmes that require data analysis through a business-led and human-centered lens, operating as part of a cross-disciplinary team of workforce experts.
Deliver impact by transforming data and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations that can inform the strategic direction of the organisation’s workforce strategy, in an impactful manner that can engage stakeholders audience.

In addition to the workforce analytics experience, this role will combine your skills and previous experience in workforce- related projects, data capture and analytics and visualization to support strategic decision making and ongoing operational efforts.

Examples of tasks you will work as part of the team

  • Use workforce analytics to generate related insights and to develop prescriptive models in regards to specific business needs that go beyond the boundaries of an HR function, and are needed for regulatory and also business decisions that reside at the Board.functions of an organization, not only HR but wider HC and sustainability
  • Switch from quantitative to qualitative data analytics to make meaningful strategic conclusions and come up with suggestions for delivering business outcomes
  • Tell the story from data through dashboards and visualizations
  • Conduct research into workforce-related trends and methodologies
  • Be well informed about regulations and other requirements in regards to workforce metrics
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and be results-driven
  • Design workforce planning strategies that are fit for the future, whilst monitoring and evaluating the return of investment thereafter
  • Have the ability to design models that assess skill gaps and support in advising the c-suite in their upskilling planning
  • Be confident to co-develop digital assets, overseeing the business requirements alongside the technical teams of advanced analytics and technology
  • Contribute towards, or sometimes take the lead of the delivery of large engagements

What we are looking in for you

  • A Bachelor degree in People-related studies (e.g. Human Resources Management), or Management, Engineering, Statistics, or other related fields.

  • Relevant Master’s degree will be considered an asset

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in one or more of the below areas

  • Ability to design and implement reporting or/and planning solutions

  • Hands-on experience in using leading data visualization packages for producing engaging and useful insights

  • Experience in investigating and handling data quality issues

  • Ability to maintain unwavering confidentiality with all information
