Job Descriptions
Purchasing Quality Assurance (PQA) is based at plant and responsible for electronics and display purchase material quality complaint management during series production. PQA is the owner of the material quality issue, to lead the problem solving process with involvement of supplier and cross functional team.
• Responsible for ensuring the direct purchased materials are in compliance with Bosch's specifications & requirements.
• Process Owner of claim management when problems or deviations detected in the purchased material.
• Responding to internal or external claims on purchased material from assigned material fields.
• Securing short-term delivery of production in the event of a claim.
• Analyzing quality data by applying lessons learned to new projects.
• Analyzing and identifying quality borderline and special cases, as well as initiating and monitoring the activities.
• Analyzing quality problems in the event of internal and or external from outsourced parts for continuous improvement projects (quality and speed of claim).
• Performing plausibility testing and providing support to inspector.
• Logging and claiming of defect costs related to purchased material.
• Preparing and leading internal or external quality discussions in the plant.
• Providing measurement or testing support during preventive quality planning, implementation and failure analysis.
• Sharing information with team members on problems detected of the same material or com ponents (Q alarm) byother Bosch plants; and
• Evaluating First Sample (ISIR/PPAP) and concession by ensuring documentation is completed with measurement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Material / Manufacturing / Chemical Engineering, or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of working experience in technical or QA at manufacturing/semiconductor industries, fresh graduate
application is considered. - Knowledge in electronic, semiconductor, wafer fabrication, SMT.
- Experience in semiconductor/display manufacturing process or failure analysis is preferable
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, decision making skills (based on facts), problem solving skills, analytical skills; and
- Team player, positive attitude, motivated, independent, result-oriented
