The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, closely aligning them with the organization's strategic goals. This position demands a tech-savvy, data-oriented professional who values continuous improvement and fosters effective teamwork. Essential qualifications include expertise in email marketing and content management systems , with a preference for experience in marketing automation.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution: Work with the line manager to deliver marketing campaigns and event websites in line with strategic objectives. Maintain budget trackers, raise PO's and manage payments to suppliers
  2. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvements. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Coordination: Coordinate effectively with partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including contra and partner marketing agreements.
  4. Website Optimization: Oversee the optimization of event websites to enhance traffic and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal or external support teams to implement necessary enhancements.
  5. Data Management: Ensure data quality and compliance by working with internal teams. Uphold data governance and data management policies to maintain data integrity.
  6. Brand Adherence: Review and ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content, and digital marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and meet established standards.

  • Strong English & Turkish communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
