- Acquiring new customers as well as expanding existing customer relationships and developing customer potential
- Development of projects in automation and drive technology for new and existing customers
- Support for customer applications and support with technical and commercial issues
- Advising customers including developing technical solution proposals and responsibility for the entire quotation process
- Preparation of offers to solve the tasks mentioned, including independent follow-up to the order
- Drafting and negotiating of customer contracts
- Identification of trends and determination of market potential
- Representing the company at trade fairs and exhibitions

Requirements
- Experience in drive technology or automation technology
- Study of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
- Experience in acquiring and supporting customers regarding standard products, specific product developments or customizations
- Industry knowledge: intralogistics, industry, building technology, water and wastewater and mobile ancillary units
- Necessary experience: Offer & contract negotiations, market and application knowledge of the target industries, technical understanding of power electronics and industrial motors, own personal drive, solution-oriented, presentation skills
- you drive your own and the customers' issues forward independently
- High willingness to travel and flexibility (approx. 50%)
- Autonomus working style, self-starter
- Experience in long-term sales cycles
- Knowledge of English desirable
