We're on the lookout for a dynamic Bilingual HR Support Representative proficient in French and English to ensure seamless HR support for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive and log HR inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems.
- Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more.
- Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics.
Requirements
Our Must-Haves:
- Excellent proficiency in Italian (B2 or higher).
- Good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
