Calypso Senior BA

As a Calypso Senior BA you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.

We need somebody to help us in different fronts:

• IT Functional lead of the project
• Responsible for getting user requirements and creating Calypso functional solutions
• Collaboration with the rest of internal team using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on IT side
• Following internally evolution of the project, developments, dependencies and execution of work lines
• Leading the collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, rest of IT teams)

Requirements

• +8 years of Calypso experience
• Solid functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, Bond and Equity products and have been involved in projects regarding its Calypso implementation
• Leadership experience leading solutions on treasury and markets global processes, applications and architectures
• English - advanced; Spanish - nice to have
