The Senior BI Business Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for leading BI projects & initiatives by translating Business Stakeholders reporting needs into BI applications enabling data driven decision making.

This position is part of the Global Business Intelligence Team within Equipment Services department business supporting functions, such as: Delivery, Commercial, Finance, Product Management and others with BI & AI use cases and will be fully remote. What you will do:

• Translate complex business problems & needs into detailed User Stories
• Analyze data from sources such as: Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle, Enovia, Marketo, Adobe Analytics and ValGenesis to prepare proposals on application functional data architecture
• Conduct, Lead & Coordinate BI application testing within the development lifecycle
• Manage & Lead selected BI Projects assuring delivery with quality and according to plan
• Co-prioritize demand & contribute to BI roadmap

Who you are:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (STEM)
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Multiple years of experience with BI Tools like: Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar
• Multiple years of UX/UI design experience within BI domain
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing projects

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Data Science / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
• Project Management
• Data Stewardship
