• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics.

• Familiarity with a 6-week sales cycle.
• Focus on the SMB market segment.
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Supply Chain, or Finance sectors.
Commercial Focus:
• Enhance overall account success.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with alliance partners.
• Achieve established sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain customer retention rate within the installed base.
• Secure contracts with an average duration exceeding 6 months.
