Objective

In our fast paced, international office in Amsterdam we need an experienced Brand Manager to join the BiFi Marketing team to drive brand and business growth in the Belgium market. Purpose

Grow the BiFi brand in Belgium by co-developing and executing the brand marketing plan; leading consumer-lead initiatives to increase brand relevance and penetration while supporting sales initiatives in the market. The position reports into the Head of the BiFi brand.

Responsibilities

  • Co-Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the BiFi brand to achieve brand and commercial goals
  • Development, implementation and analysis of annual brand plan & communication strategies (ATL & BTL campaigns)
  • Development, implementation and analysis of NPD launches, working cross functionally with R&D and internal operations teams to ensure delivery of new products on time in full.
  • Work closely with Category management, Shopper and Sales teams to deliver strong consumer-centric propositions and through-the-line communications
  • Be a key member of the cross functional Country Business Team (CBT) responsible for delivery of the commercial targets
  • Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams with necessary market, brand and product information
  • Analyze market and consumer information to give clear recommendations to fuel future brand growth, e.g. spontaneous awareness, relevance, meaning, portfolio, pricing, and communications
  • Manage marketing budgets within guidelines
  • Benchmark and understand competitor & market best practices
  • Embrace the Jack Linkโ€™s culture, incorporating its values into everyday work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years (leading) FMCG marketing, with a focus on brand management including both communications, portfolio management & innovation launches
  • Project management & cross functional team working
  • Proven experience in ATL and BTL communication development & implementation, including digital and social campaigns
  • Proven track record in launching NPD from ideation to execution in market, delivering sales growth through retail channel (mainly) and petrol
  • Market knowledge/track record in the Belgian FMCG environment

  • Experienced in working with major FMCG brands

  • Action oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Required language skills: fluent Dutch, French and English
  • Working experience in the Belgian market
