Founded by sports industry veterans Yannick Colaco and Prasana Krishnan in March 2019, FanCode has over 100 million users. It has partnered with domestic, international sports leagues and associations across multiple sports.

In content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with industry-first subscription formats like Match, Bundle and Tour Passes, along with monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices.

Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.

Product @ FanCode:

Our focus is on building a highly scalable single destination for all sports fans. The product team conceptualises features and provides a strategic roadmap for creating fan-centric solutions. The team is filled with visionaries & risk takers who eat, sleep & dream the product! We use technology & tools like Google Analytics, Looker, CleverTap, to analyse data & enhance performance.

Your Role

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and feature sets based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product performance and inform future development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and work cross-functionally to address any issues that arise.
  • Continuously assess and iterate on the product to enhance user experience and achieve business goals.

Must Have

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within the [specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance] sector.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to negotiate and work across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Good to Have

  • Passion for sports
  • Sports content or OTT domain experience
  • Previous start-up experience
  • Experience in building data driven insights with SQL
