**Role Scope

  • Oversees all daily logistics-related operations
  • Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
  • Leads communication with external suppliers
  • Supervise, and coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers
  • Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training
  • Set up SOPs, policies, and tools for safety/compliance of riders and partners
  • Help with the coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities
  • Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects
  • Responsible for city rider experience and satisfaction score
  • Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress

Requirements

**What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred at a supervisor/managerial level
  • Strong experience and capability in Data Analytics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People management skills: Experience in managing bigger group of people
  • Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
