We are currently seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team**.**

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning high-quality user interfaces for Navitec's software products, focusing on both user experience and visual appearance. You will take care of the graphic design and usability, ensuring their seamless integration. You will work closely with our software developers, enhancing our products from a design perspective, and also directly consulting with customers.

In this new design role, you will have the genuine opportunity to influence the direction of our design efforts in the future. We highly value and are eager to hear your insights, and we want you to have the chance to develop yourself and contribute to the development of this role.

Main responsibilities

• Research and define UI/UX strategy for the software products of Navitec

• Develop new designs for upcoming UIs of the company

• Update and maintain the existing designs

• Work closely together with the product development teams to implement the designs into the products

• Collaborate with the marketing and senior leaders to innovate and to reflect the company brand in the designs

• Present the work frequently to the stakeholders and partners

Desired skills and experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience especially with designing UIs for applications
• Skills in using Figma and/or other design tools
• Fluency in English
• Good teamwork skills

We consider as an advantage

• Experience in working with customers, for example UX case studies

• Experience in programming, web development and designing interfaces

• Interest in intralogistics, AGVs and AMRs
