Senior Software Developer - CDX

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Software Developer to join our CDX Tribe in Romania as our Tribe Architect to work with architecture. This is the perfect role for a senior developer who is interested in working more with architecture. The CDX (Customer and Developer Experience) Tribe handles multiple projects relating to customer experience including working on the development and maintenance of an industry-leading self-service experience for customers (incl. developers) to configure and monitor their products.

As a Tribe Architect at Signicat you would also be part of our Architecture Guild, which spans across all the Tribes within Signicat, creating standards and coordinating architecture across the business, ensuring our services and products are maintainable, scalable, resilient, observable and cost-efficient.

Responsibilities As Tribe Architect you will be responsible for;

• Maintaining target architecture across teams in the CDX Tribe
• Fostering architecture that supports autonomy, scalability and agility
• Keeping architecture documentation up to date
• Hands-on approach to helping out teams across the tribe as required (Java)
• Review roadmaps for the tribe
• Peer reviews on software design across teams in the tribe
• Support post-acquisition integrations
• Help develop and maintain the services owned by the CDX tribe
• Secure compliance with ISMS and external regulations
• Aligning with Tech Leads across teams in the CDX tribe
• Facilitating innovation and ensuring the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies
• Validate selection and management of suppliers relevant for the tribe

Requirements

• Experience with Cloud native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
• Experience with Application level architecture
• At least 5 years of Java development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of SPA (Single Page Application) frameworks
• Agile practices
• Leadership

Nice to have skills:

• VueJs knowledge
• Micro Frontends knowledge
• Digital identity market experience
• Secure software development experience
