As Content designer you will be responsible for building the best service design and creation of outstanding user experience in digital channels solutions in all Luminor’s customer segments. In this role you will collaborate with Content Creation team, and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure emails, banner creation, ensure timely campaign information update on product pages.

What You Will Do:

• Create, edit, and proofread content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and consistent across all channels where content is used
• Create the E2E experience for the customers (content creation, landing page creation, etc)
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor content, and customer feedback to ensure content is relevant, timely, and meets the needs of our clients. Conduct user and market research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points within the Baltic banking sector and incorporate these insights into content creation
• Prepare and conduct concept testing for the E2E journey, synthesize learning and iterate on the concepts. Prepare for A/B testing and define the metrics, and analyse campaign performance
• Use analytics and data to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve content
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure all content is compliant with applicable laws and regulations

What We Expect:

• Up to 2 years of experience in designing digital solutions for the end customers
• Analytical approach
• Experience in Agile project delivery and strong delivery capabilities
• Prior experience with graphical design, up to date tools and keeping up with new UX capabilities
• Experience with user testing and prototyping is a must
• Deep understanding of digital solutions and human psychology. Customer focus/ understanding of customer needs as well as market trends
• Ability to work in cross country team
• Higher education, preferred in Design, Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing.
• Fluent English and local language skill is required in spoken and written communication
