What you will do

You will be instrumental in navigating the legal landscape of the US market, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting various legal matters related to our SaaS business. This role requires a blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and interest of the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to execution and renewal.
• Maintain and update contract management systems to ensure accurate tracking of contract statuses, expirations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal and other departments to ensure contracts are in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Prepare legal documents, filings, and correspondence related to contractual matters.
• Organize and manage legal files and databases, ensuring all contract documentation is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
• Manage corporate law matters including filings for the US entity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role with substantial experience in contracting, preferably within a corporate or law firm environment.
• Proficient knowledge of contract terms, drafting principles, and the contract lifecycle.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
