Key Accountabilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (regular and ad-hoc)
• Provide support in annual budget and forecast to engagement managers, partners and the management as required
• Act as a single point of contact for the business, collaboration both with internal and external teams
• Develop internal financial models to support business decisions for KDN T&L existing and new services
• Perform ad-hoc data analytics projects
• Monitor financial performance of service lines and overheads dedicated according to the Finance team’s internal task split
• Support the business with in-depth analysis if needed
• Analyse financial information on past and current trends and provide commentary
• Initiate development ideas to improve efficiency, effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in economics or finances or business informatics
• Fluency and confidence in English
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling/financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills
• Accuracy and reliability
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility, open to working with different time zones
