The KGSH Technology team is the backbone of global operations by designing, developing, implementing, and operating all IT solutions and services. The software development team handles various solutions, including desktop tools and complex ETL processes for Microsoft Azure. Simultaneously, our application support teamensures system reliability, while the data analytics team generates complex reports from our extensive data. In addition**, our team builds collaboration platforms and automates processes**, including complex RPA workflows.

The Technology team is a diverse and dynamic group comprising business analysts, developers, reporting/data specialists, and system engineers. They bring various technological and cultural backgrounds to the table, and we're proud to have multinational colleagues.

Key responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for Technology-related issues and requests
  • Management of incidents and problems (lvl1-2 support) by solving issues and communicating with stakeholders (Business, other Technology units, 3rd party suppliers) or forwarding them to internal or external developers
  • Taking ownership of tickets, following the lifecycle until resolution
  • Operation and maintenance of a wide variety of platforms on Microsoft stack like Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS hosted either internally or externally
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining the knowledgebase
  • Investigation of issues via pre-acquired knowledge or through analyzing logs, databases (SQL Server) or code, based on the understanding of business processes
  • Participate in the planning and deployment of business applications and client facing services as part of the support team, ensuring the future scalability of internally developed applications from an operational perspective
  • Assist during internal and external audits by ensuring that the audited processes are implemented correctly and providing information for the audit as needed

Requirements

  • Problem solver, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, critical thinker, thirst for knowledge, great communication skills
  • Being a team player
  • Enthusiasm for operation and maintenance of Microsoft stack-based applications and infrastructure
  • General IT knowledge (software, hardware, operating systems, networks, etc.)
  • General understanding of software development lifecycles
  • College/University degree and/or relevant vocational training or equal work experience in Information Technology or Business Informatics
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Advantages

  • Prior work experience or training in Economics
  • Trainings and certificates related to Microsoft Azure services and/or other Microsoft technologies
