We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Head to lead their people management strategy. This key position will play a fundamental role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure the hiring of top professionals in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with company leaders to identify talent needs and develop succession and leadership development plans.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of high performance and promote workplace well-being.
• Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide strategic guidance to improve individual and organizational performance.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in talent management to ensure the company remains an attractive and competitive employer.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in talent management roles, preferably in the energy industry or related sectors.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive organizational growth and success.

• Results-oriented, with an analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent will be positively regarded.
