We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. As the first full-time demand generation hire at disguise for the US region, you will design, build, and own demand generation channels in collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations, to drive demand within target accounts. You will have the opportunity to own a wide variety of campaigns such as paid advertising, events, webinars, email marketing, content syndication, partner marketing, and more.

The right candidate will be hyper-organized. You can navigate strategic event planning and budgeting, and also execute a wide variety of campaigns with a high degree of attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Day to Day

  • Drive ownership of the US demand generation strategy, partnering with Sales to ensure follow up and conversion
  • Drive the campaign machine; manage demand generation campaign plans leveraging content marketing, email marketing, account-based marketing, social media marketing, website, digital, partner co-marketing and any other tactics and channels appropriate to our audiences
  • Write and edit copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns, such as emails and landing pages, tailoring messaging from HQ for the US market
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of these campaigns to ensure we’re acquiring and retaining customers
  • Ensure that the Disguise’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Work on post-campaign reporting, to ensure clear ROI on campaign activity, optimising campaigns from findings
  • Gain experience across a wide range of marketing tools, including Salesforce, Pardot, Drift, Asana, GetFeedback, etc.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external resources, such as designers and content creators, who will deliver your content assets
  • Mange and work within an agreed budget for your region
  • Work with our content marketing team and freelance content writers to ensure appropriate quality content is written to support campaign objectives
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and follow formal sign off if necessary
  • Take responsibility for the organisation of any owned or sponsored events (including webinars and trade events), integrating these into wider campaign strategy
  • Partner with Sales to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up; create a feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with Marketing Revenue Operations

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Team player – ability to collaborate across other teams and with external agencies and freelancers
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - this is a global role and requires great communication across regions and cultures
  • Good understanding of marketing.
  • Good knowledge of multichannel communications and the digital media landscape.
  • Previous experience with budget forecasting and tracking
  • Experience in building, sending and reporting on email marketing campaigns including newsletters and drip email campaigns
  • Ability to contribute to marketing plans and initiatives with insights into ways to optimise revenue, customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Strong analytical skills, with a good grasp of Excel/data packages and understanding of web analytics, in particular Google Analytics
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with the sales team
  • Experience in working with a CMS to build and launch lead generation landing pages
  • Organised with a strong attention to detail, delivering a high quality of output
