We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Fintech scale-ups.

In the next step of our journey, we are now looking to expand one of fastest growing departments - the marketing team. You’ll need to be a highly driven individual that has a keen interest in social media and growing audience engagement, as this opportunity will be closely collaborating with our marketing team (and other teams) to increase our audiences across all our social media platforms and drive revenue for the business.

The role

3S Money is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help take our audience engagement efforts to the next level.

Day to day, you’ll be helping the marketing team produce high-quality online content and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our Copywriters, Senior Marketing Managers and Designers to tell our brand story across key channels – from long-form landing pages to social media and blog posts.

• Responsible for the creation and development of our social media and online presence (LinkedIn and Instagram and potentially other channels in the future).
• Monitoring and responding to social media comments and Trust Pilot reviews.
• Identifying opportunities to tell our brand story across key channels and helping to create high-quality and impactful online content, copy and campaigns.
• Assisting activities with our SEO agencies.
• Supporting the team with content updates on the website as and when needed.
• Compiling and producing our weekly internal company newsletter
• Compiling and distributing Marketing KPIs such as website, SEO and social media analytics
• Supporting with the reporting of social media growth, engagement rates and paid social
• Opportunities for growth and career development, learning about many different marketing disciplines.

KPIS:

• Follower growth and engagement across social media channels.
• Organic social traffic to the website.
• Responding to social messages/reviews within one working day.
• Paid social traffic to the website when we launch this – with support from senior team members.

Must-haves

• 3-4 years of B2B & B2C social media management and/or content marketing experience.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams and designers to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Experience with growing audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and other platforms.
• A basic understanding of SEO and how it impacts copywriting.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter and creative person who loves a challenge.
• “Outside-the-box” thinker, creative with content creation, enjoys creating videos, reels, carousels etc.

Nice-to-haves

• A background in Fintech, financial services or b2b SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
• B2B copywriting experience.
• Able to create graphics/visuals for content.
