About this role

We’re seeking for a dynamic event marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of marketing events, including our presence at large third-party developer conferences, first-party events and workshops, and webinars. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our teams including sales, partnerships, developer growth, and developer relations teams to craft and execute industry-leading programs.

We are looking for an outcomes-focused marketer with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences and impact through virtual and in-person events.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Develop event marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive brand visibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
• Manage third-party conference sponsorships including booth logistics, speaking sessions, promotion, communications, staff enablement, on-site team management, and follow-up.
• Own first-party roadshow program and other proprietary events, including regional field events.
• Support the planning and execution of monthly webinars, from topic selection and speaker recruitment to promotion and post-event follow-up.
• Create compelling messaging and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement across a variety of channels including email, social media, and digital advertising to promote events and drive registration.
• Establish key KPIs for event success and track performance against goals.
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future events.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and executive multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
• Proficiency in setting up campaigns, emails, and reports in marketing and sales tools like Hubspot, Marketo, and Salesforce and setting up automation across platforms using Zapier.
• Experience with webinar and meeting platforms like Zoom Webinar, BigMarker, or Goldcast.
• Alignment with our company values.
• Location: Remote, based in the US, and being able to travel as needed for onsite event coordination.
