OneSource Income Tax Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for an OneSource Income Tax Manager (OIT).

Location: Mumbai - India

Functions

• Utilization and management of OneSource Income Tax (“OIT”) for International to prepare client forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 (and all schedules), including:

  • Creation of international entity structures for multinational entities, which may involve foreign corporations, disregarded entities, and partnerships.
  • Use and management of binders, including consolidations (e.g., “DivCon’s”) and similar processes.
  • Importing (including bulk import) and entry of trial balances and key attributes from various sources.
  • Creation and utilization of charts for sourcing and key calculations.
  • Utilization of OIT functionality to complete key calculations, including Subpart F and GILTI.
  • Engagement with other functions, tools, and options within OIT.
  • Generation of .xml hand-offs.
  • Roll-forward to successive years.
  • Implementation of best practices.

• Additionally, the individual will serve as a resource for the team, assisting with issue identification, analysis, and resolution.

• Actively participating in the design and delivery of training sessions for other OIT users, covering new functionalities as they become available.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience with OneSource Income Tax (“OIT”) for International
• CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent will be mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field
• Excellent communication and organization skills
