Functions:

- Discover and implement cutting-edge candidate sourcing and processes, acting as the expert who finds the best talent.

-Design and identify multi-job posting API integration options, creating seamless connections between job boards and our platform.

-Execute integration with third-party ATS and HCM, ensuring smooth and efficient integration with applicant tracking systems and human capital management tools.

-Optimizing HR recruiting services, streamlining and enhancing our recruiting processes for maximum efficiency.

-Leading RPA implementation by automating routine HR tasks using Robotic Process Automation, making processes smarter and more efficient.

Requirements:

-Background in Tech and/or HR.

-Expertise in API Rest, XML feeds, RPA, and digital skills.

-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

-Prior HR experience is a valuable plus.

-Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

-Resilient to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

-Proactive in taking initiative.
