We are looking for a Digital Assets Coordinator responsible for managing the organization's digital assets. Responsibilities include managing assets, facilitating the flow of assets between different teams and departments, organizing and storing data efficiently and securely and communicating with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Job Duties:
• Collaborate with creative teams to plan and execute the creation of digital assets, including product images, videos, and descriptions.
• Develop and maintain a project plan for the creation and delivery of digital assets, ensuring timely completion and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand product requirements and optimize digital assets for online listings.
• Conduct competitive research to identify relevant product features, keywords, creative direction and differentiators for creating product scripts to guide designers in their asset creation.
• Review and make final, minor, creative revisions in Figma, Photoshop, or illustrator, to submitted assets.
• Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of digital assets across web stores, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital asset management and e-commerce.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital asset management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency in digital asset management tools and software.
• Working knowledge of design concepts
• Proficiency with the Adobe creative suite.
• Knowledge of Amazon and Shopify platforms is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
