Strategic Marketing Director

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Strategic Marketing Director for Southern California will lead efforts to evolve and elevate our marketing department’s capabilities and service offerings to our internal and external clients. You will be the local point of contact and marketing leader for our Irvine and Inland Empire sales professionals, supporting their marketing and business development needs.

This role heavily focuses on operational excellence, leadership, and sales enablement acumen. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketers to drive innovation and differentiation at every stage of the sales funnel and improve Stream’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This role will report to the Senior Strategic Marketing Director, West Region and the Executive Managing Director in Southern California — collaborating with additional members of the regional and national marketing team.
