The Role

This is a exciting opportunity to join the commercial team at a growing fintech. As an SDR you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional team but also build strong relationships with potential customers. You will have a great degree of ownership from the start driving outbound campaigns and owning the inbound qualification process. This is an extremely diverse role which will be great for anyone with a self-starter mentality who is analytical, organised and has a great ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top of funnel opportunities by working closely with the wider Growth/Marketing and Sales team
  • Identify, target, reach out to and nurture prospective Kriya Payments customers in alignment with sales leadership and the commercial strategy
  • Research verticals and companies that can benefit from Kriya Payments solutions
  • Execute and maintain research on the competitive landscape and general continuous learnings on the B2B Payments and Buy-now-pay-later sector
  • Own and qualify inbound leads funnel and support Growth/Marketing in perfecting Kriya messaging
  • Shadow commercial leaders throughout the sales cycle of selected opportunities to fast progress your career into account executive (9-12 months)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with B2B solution sales at mid-market or enterprise level
  • Prior experience in Fintech/Payment based sales environment or a technical SaaS sales process
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling
  • A strong track record of consistently high performance in a go-to-market and revenue generating role
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, resourceful, determined and tenacious
  • Data driven with strong analytical, numeracy and research skills
  • Possess a growth mindset and are passionate about achieving great results
  • Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
