ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer (L2) to join our team. As an IT Network Engineer at ISTA Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the network infrastructure of our clients, with a focus on SonicWall technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional IT services.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and supporting SonicWall network infrastructure for clients
- Configuring and managing SonicWall firewalls, switches, and other network devices
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of client network systems
- Providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SonicWall technologies and industry trends
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to network emergencies
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Network Engineer, with a focus on SonicWall technology
- Proficiency in configuring and managing SonicWall firewalls, switches, and other network devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and performance issues
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols, VLANs, VPN, and network security
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools
- Professional certifications in SonicWall (e.g. CSSA, CSSP) are highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
