Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Order Taking and Order Processing (Inbound and Outbound). This involves receiving incoming orders from various sources, such as customers or healthcare providers.
• Checking whether a patient's insurance is active, inactive, or if there have been changes, such as switching to a different insurance carrier.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience, preferably in a healthcare account
• Knowledge with Authorization is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
