Lead Architect ServiceNow

Remote work can take place according to agreement. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, are required. Not RK/Yellow environment.

We are looking for a lead architect with strong drive and commitment to take technical responsibility for our ServiceNow platform. As a lead architect, you are responsible for the Architecture roadmap, in close collaboration with the product owner and service manager. The platform is used by approximately 17,000 employees, and our common goal is to create valuable and simple interactions for all these users. Our management consists of different teams based on product areas, including Developers, Business Analysts, UX designers, Service Managers, and Service Owners.

Some of your tasks:

• Technical responsibility for our ServiceNow platform
• Lead multiple developers (team lead)
• Work on technical debt
• Develop workflows in various parts of ServiceNow
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Participate in workshops and dialogues with business/customer

Skills: To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in the following areas:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, best practices, and implementation strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in developing and automating workflows/processes in ServiceNow
• Conducted workshops and dialogues with business/customers

It is considered advantageous if you have experience with:

• On-prem / Self-hosted
• ServiceNow upgrades
• Implementation of ServiceNow or any of its modules.
• The following modules:
  • Performance Analytics
  • CMDB
  • SPM/APM
  • GRC/SecOps

It's a positive if you have certifications in ServiceNow (for example: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist).
