Technical Product Owner Network Security

What you'll do

• Contribute actively in the global Knauf IT transformation journey as a member of the Network Service Design area
• Lead and provide advice on the planning, design, and implementation of the network security strategy in line with industry security standards and best practices
• Support in the definition of a global network Zero Trust strategy, covering aspects such as Remote Access, Secure Internet Access, Remote Access, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management and Network Access Control (NAC) to achieve the target security state
• Undertake responsibilities and act as technical authority for network security related demands and projects, bridging communication between the operational team and management stakeholders
• Conduct network security audits and risk assessments for the identification and mitigation of potential vulnerabilities, while guiding the benchmarking of network security solutions
• Continuously initiate and support projects to implement new network security controls with the goal of increasing the organizations security posture

Who you are

• Diploma/Masters degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with 5-8 years' experience in network security design and architecture
• Proven track record of participation in designing network security services (e.g. Remote Access, Secure Internet Access, Firewalling, IDS/IPS, and NAC) in large-scale network environments (30,000+ users)
• Deep experience in network security architecture, industry standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, CIS), zero-trust model, and strategy definition in IT/OT manufacturing environments
• Experience with the following technologies: Fortinet management tools, NAC solutions, micro-segmentation solution and Vulnerability Management
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders & management to drive standardization and transformations in a complex, global scale organization
• Experienced in managing business and vendor relationships with global network solution providers across the globe
